We use beanless coffee instead of traditional regular coffee! It's coffee minus the coffee beans:) Minus coffee uses upcycled ingredients (like date seeds and grape seeds), and a whole bunch of other plant-based ingredients to create the same taste as coffee but at a fraction of the environmental footprint.
We reduced the caffeine (half caffeinated) and added L-theanine to give you a balanced, smooth, sustained energy throughout the day-  its coffee minus the crash. 

And a plus! Our coffeee has a significantly lower environmental impact, with 91% less greenhouse gas emissions, 94% less water usage, and 86% less land usage compared to conventional coffee.

Most mushroom coffees on the market are a mixture of coffee and mushrooms, but Minus doesn’t use any mushrooms or coffee!
