These areas offer the ideal conditions for growing coffee beans.However, this "bean belt" is highly susceptible to climate change. Extreme weather events and rising temperatures (above 86°F or 30°C) can severely damage Arabica coffee plants and other coffee species.This puts our beloved beverage—the second most consumed drink in the world—at risk.
